For the time being the Comment-Box is closed

  1. The following proceedure is currently not applied!!
    All comments are moderated.
  2. Any approval is given only for a short period of time.  
  3. Usually comments remain online for a couple of weeks only!
  4. The ADMINISTRATOR, by his sole discration,  may make exceptions!

EXCEPTION ARE CONSIDERED 

A  comment/contribution which improves/enhance the narrative of
the REPORT according the request as outlined in the section INFO,

or

A comment/contribution  is an interesting, or informative ammendment
to the REPORT.

Once regarded as “Exception” the text will be either placed as
aa) Annex to the REPORT, or
bb) published by an individual Post/Page.
